Dr David Unwin is a GP from Southport who has been using the low carbohydrate diet with his patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes for over 15 years. He has published over 20 academic papers in high impact journals and is a world renowned metabolic health speaker.

 

His 9 infographics represent the impact eating different foods has on blood glucose levels as teaspoons of sugar making it easy for patients to understand. They have been translated into 39 languages and are free to download from the Public Health Collaboration website above.
